This years logo came from South Australian Skater, Ashley Colliver. Ashley designed and submitted her logo design as part of a logo competition run by Ice Skating Victoria. Ice Skating Victoria's President, Mark Storton said "it was great to receive all the logo submission from members of the community. It was a hard decision, but the council finally settled on Ashley's design."
When speaking about her design, Ashley said "is was a symbol of the Docklands area where this years championships will be held. The star in the design also presents itself as a metaphor for the bigger and better things within Australian figure skating, that we are continuing to see as the sport grows"
A range of merchandise will be released later this year using the new logo. All merchandise will be available for purchase online prior to the event.
