The Ice Skating Australia (ISA) Proof of Age Register assists with establishing eligibility for all competitions and championships with age restrictions.The Register is maintained by the POA officer nominated by the ISA Board of Management. There is no registration fee payable to obtain a POA.

Two ISV officials, OR one ISV offical and one Club official must sight one of the following documents in order to endorse the POA application form:
The endorsed application form is to be submitted to the ISV Secretary with a photocopy of the original identity document.The secretary will lodge the form with ISA on behalf of the applicant.A copy of the form and photocopy of the ID will be retained by the ISV Secretary for record keeping.

The POA registration list contains the full list of Victorian Proof of Age (POA) numbers. Please email the ISV Board should you require the POA number of an inactive member, the release of which is at the sole discretion of the ISV Board.
