Volunteer

Support the Victorian skating community by helping out at our next event, it's easy.

As ISV is a not for profit organisation, we are always looking for more volunteers to help out at events, or assist in the administration of Victorian figure skating. There are always roles at competitions that need filling ranging from those that require no expertise to other more specialised roles which require some hands on training. If you would like to become a volunteer within our sport, please contact the ISV Secretary.

Working With Children Checks

Ice Skating Victoria requires all volunteers involved with competitions, tests and administration in Victoria to hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC). WWCC’s are completed online via the WWCC website (as beow).

When completing the form, please use the details provided on the About ISV page for the organisation section of your application. ISV must be listed as one of the organisations you volunteer for and it is the responsibility of the individual to ensure the WWCC is kept current. Any changes should be updated with the Department of Justice.

For more information, to complete your check, or update your details please visit the Working With Children Check website or for general enquires please contact the ISV Secretary.

Collecting WWC data for ISV

ISV will be maintaining a database of WWC checks for statutory reasons. Please access the form here and be guided through the process.
